• Advisory, Due Diligence and Consulting

• Owner’s Engineering, Engineering Services and Project Management

  Building and implementing project execution plans that meet the needs of financial institutions, minimizing Cap Ex and delivering highest quality projects on time and on budget. Providing the complete engineering needs for discreet engineering projects.
• Front-End Engineering, EPCM and EPC Services
  :
  Providing support to developers on all aspects of projects across finance and development – from the conceptual phase to front-end engineering to structure robust RFP packages for optimum EPC pricing – and detail design engineering, procurement and construction management services to support post-financial close. The Senior Mechanical Engineer leads mechanical design and engineering delivery for capital projects in the energy, industrial, and infrastructure markets, from feasibility through commissioning. The role owns process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, equipment specifications, hydraulic and thermal calculations, 3D models, and construction drawings. The engineer coordinates with process, electrical, civil, structural, and controls disciplines, procurement, construction management, and equipment vendors.

The successful candidate carries a project from equipment concept through mechanical completion and closes out the design record.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will report to the Vice President of Engineering or Project Manager depending on project assignment. Location is in our Greenville SC office.

• Develop mechanical basis of design, equipment lists, and load and duty summaries for capital equipment packages.
• Produce equipment arrangement drawings.
• Perform hydraulic, pressure drop, pump and blower sizing, net positive suction head, thermal expansion, and document assumptions and margins.
• Size and specify pumps, blowers, compressors, fans, heat exchangers, tanks, pressure vessels, agitators, dryers, conveyors, dust collection systems, and skidded equipment packages.
• Build and maintain coordinated 3D models in Autodesk Plant 3D and Revit, and lead clash detection and model review cycles in Navisworks.
• Extract isometrics, spool drawings, material takeoffs, and construction deliverables from the model.
