Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Greenville, TX

• Processing customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns or issues
• Maintaining an accurate cash drawer and reconciling transactions at the end of each day
• Promoting bank products and services, assisting customers with account inquiries and recommending appropriate solutions
• Ensuring compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC regulations
• Assisting in identifying and reporting suspicious activity or potential fraud
• Collaborating with team members to meet branch goals and improve customer service levels
• Performing administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required); some college coursework in finance or business is preferred
• Possess previous experience in a customer service or banking role (a plus)
• Demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Be proficient in basic computer applications and banking software
• Can pass a background check and comply with all regulatory requirements
