Bank Teller

We’re seeking a Bank Teller to work at a leading organization in Greenville, TX.

• Processing customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns
• Maintaining an accurate cash drawer and reconciling transactions at the end of each day
• Promoting bank products and services, assisting customers with account inquiries, and recommending solutions
• Ensuring compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC regulations
• Assisting in identifying and reporting any suspicious activity or potential fraud
• Collaborating with team members to meet branch goals and improve customer service
• Performing administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required); some college coursework in finance or business is preferred
• Bring previous experience in customer service or banking (a plus)
• Demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Are proficient in basic computer applications and banking software
• Can pass a background check and comply with all regulatory requirements
