Whether you’re looking for software or a full lending solution, Vero is here to help your business scale with confidence.

About the job

Vero Finance Technologies is looking for an experienced Asset Title Manager Associate to support the expansion of our Lending as a service (LAAS) business. You will be working across the organization to support account monitoring, risk mitigation, collections, and portfolio performance.

At Vero, Asset title management is not a back-of-the-house business function - we partner with O.E.M.’s and dealers to build great relationships, coach them around performance habits and take the time to understand their operations and ensure they're able to leverage Vero to help with everything from inventory management to financial operations.

We are looking for applicants who love learning new ways of doing things, are collegial, excited about providing exceptional customer support and are motivated to continue their career in a dynamic company.

What you'll be doing:

The Asset Title Management Associate position is responsible for providing an exceptional and engaging user experience to our O.E.M. partners, dealer partners, and internal team members. Your primary responsibilities will also be to support Risk on verification of collateral for current customers.

This process is essential to properly servicing, retaining, and delighting your internal and external partners.

You’ll be involved in various risk related operations, document collection, and audit reconciliation - facilitating program requirements across Credit and Risk.

You will expand your technical and analytical skill set as much as you desire and put yourself in a position to understand the complex solutions demanded by the rapidly evolving auto dealer segment.

Overall you’ll get to work in a fast paced environment with high exposure where there’s no limit on what you’ll get to learn and work on.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Verify, scan and upload titles to client operating system
  • Process paperwork on a timely basis
  • Management of title systems, filing, retrieval of titles
  • Daily pulls, shipments of titles for multiple LAAS clients
  • Maintain and assist with duplicate title process as needed
  • Track and/or investigate outstanding titles
  • Reconcile schedules weekly
  • Actively research any outstanding issues that prevent you from completing any of the above
  • Attend weekly department meetings
  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area
  • Participate in required training
  • Follow Safeguards rules and regulations.
  • Demonstrate the Company’s Core Values
  • Comply with Company policies and procedures
  • Observe all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
  • Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking for:

  • Associate degree preferred (or equivalent training and experience)
  • We value the right combination of education and hands‑on experience
  • Up to 1 year of relevant experience, ideally in a business environment
  • Vehicle titling or DMV experience in a fast‑paced setting is a plus, but we will be willing to train the right person
  • Strong organizational skills are essential—you'll be juggling multiple priorities
  • Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Eager to learn our dealership management system and other specialized software—we'll provide training!

This role will begin as a part time position that requires reliable daily attendance in our Greenville office, Monday through Friday 1PM(EST) until 5:30PM (EST). Flexibility is also a must.

Vero is an equal opportunity employer. We actively encourage applicants from underrepresented backgrounds, and we are accepting candidates based anywhere in the United States.
