We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Specialist to design, build, and deploy scalable workflow and automation solutions for complex, large-scale projects. This role focuses on delivering high-impact business process automation using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and modern data platforms.

• Design, develop, and deploy complex workflows and automation solutions supporting enterprise-level initiatives
• Build and maintain both Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Power Apps
• Develop robust Power Automate flows integrating multiple systems and data sources
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Design and manage data models and relationships using Dataverse and/or Microsoft SQL Server
• Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization of Power Platform solutions
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and scalability

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas)
• Proven experience building advanced Power Automate workflows
• Solid understanding of data modeling and architecture using Dataverse and/or SQL Server
• Experience delivering automation solutions for large or complex projects
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure integrations

• High-impact automation initiatives with real business ownership
