OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Power Platform Specialist to design, build, and deploy scalable workflow and automation solutions for complex, large-scale projects. This role focuses on delivering high-impact business process automation using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and modern data platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy complex workflows and automation solutions supporting enterprise-level initiatives
- Build and maintain both Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Power Apps
- Develop robust Power Automate flows integrating multiple systems and data sources
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Design and manage data models and relationships using Dataverse and/or Microsoft SQL Server
- Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization of Power Platform solutions
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and scalability
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas)
- Proven experience building advanced Power Automate workflows
- Solid understanding of data modeling and architecture using Dataverse and/or SQL Server
- Experience delivering automation solutions for large or complex projects
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure integrations
- High-impact automation initiatives with real business ownership
