Techtronic Industries - TTI is seeking an onsite IT Desktop Support specialist to install, configure, and maintain company hardware, software, and operating systems. You will support users, perform imaging, and manage incidents in Service Now.
The role requires an Associates degree or equivalent experience, with 2 years of IT support and an A+ certification preferred. Onsite work hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, with typical responsibilities across hardware deployment and encryption key provisioning.
