• Transport needed parts between loading bays, shops, and warehouses.
• Notify appropriate parties when special order parts arrive.
• Update and locate parts bin locations for new parts.
• Maintain up-to-date parts inventory count sheets.
• Return parts as needed and remove from inventory after credit is received.
• Return cores, damaged/mis-packaged parts to manufacturer.
• Assist in bi‑monthly parts returns.
• Keep parts area clean and uncluttered.
• Assist in the scrapping and returning of warranty parts.
• Assist in pulling and shipping of all orders.
• Proactively communicate potential issues with customers, management and other departments in order to provide the best possible customer experience.

  Dealership Operates Monday – Saturday;
  Scheduling may require weekends before/after business hours.
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Authorized to work in the USA for any employer
• All applicants must have a current and valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and must be insurable under our garage-keepers policy standards
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Basic communication, problem solving, and mathematical skills using American units of measure
• Physical demands include: constantly move and position body to traverse multi-level Dealership property and various terrain; handle packages and inventory of various shapes and sizes; enter/exit/drive/operate parts delivery vehicles and equipment; detect and identify vehicle issues and shop safety concerns; exert force to move/manipulate objects (up to 100lbs occasionally, 65lbs frequently, 25lbs constantly); operate tools and equipment; repetitive motion. Work is conducted inside, outside, on public and private roadways, and in proximity to moving vehicles and equipment in a shop environment with potential exposure to loud noises and various industrial chemicals.
  
  Employees are trained in protocols, proper material/chemical handling and provided with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in compliance with OSHA standards. Employees must strictly adhere to all mandatory safety protocols and PPE requirements.
