• Provide comprehensive oversight for large scale projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including estimating support, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals are met with precision.
• Oversee project financial health by tracking budgets, managing change orders, and producing accurate forecasts.
• Mentor and guide Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to foster professional growth within the team.

• At least 10 years of experience in commercial construction management.
• Strong background in institutional work

• Proven ability to manage projects valued at 20 million dollars or more.
• Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
