Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Operations Manager

A well-established commercial general contractor in South Carolina is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground‑up and/or renovation projects across a diverse commercial portfolio.

This is a leadership role responsible for managing projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

• Manage commercial construction projects from contract execution through final completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements
• Lead buyout, procurement, and cost control efforts
• Conduct OAC meetings and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project goals
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Drive project profitability and risk management

• 5+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor
• Experience managing ground‑up or interior commercial projects ($5M+ preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and project financials
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills
