Responsibilities Overview

Engage in the exciting world of circuit assembly by mastering our Surface Mount Technology systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure successful, efficient, and precise assembly operations. Collaborating closely with peers and under the mentorship of a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be instrumental in our pursuit of manufacturing excellence.

• Overseeing the execution of SMT protocols using sophisticated software.
• Meticulously verifying PCB specifics and calibrating relevant settings.
• Swiftly resolving equipment issues and preventing potential downtime.
• Adapting setups for diverse product requirements.
• Remedying and updating resistors, capacitors, and similar elements.
• Carrying out detailed visual inspections to uphold product standards.
• Adhering to and documenting maintenance protocols thoroughly.
• Implementing standardized safety and optimization procedures like 6s.

• An unwavering focus on quality and safety in every task.
• Outstanding dexterity and coordination for precise component handling.
• Ability to discern and understand electronic components and layouts.
• Ability to interpret and utilize technical blueprints and BOMs effectively.
• Experience:
  
  1-10 years within this dynamic industry.
• Proficiency with automated assembly machines is preferred.

• A high school diploma or equivalent academic proficiency is required.
