The TRG Growth Practice is excited to be partnering with a manufacturing client to identify a Manufacturing Operations Manager for a key operation in the Greenville-Spartanburg area
. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing organization in a highly visible leadership role focused on driving performance, leading teams, and advancing operational excellence across a critical value stream.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on manufacturing leader who thrives at the intersection of lean leadership, people development, and process improvement
. You’ll have the opportunity to influence plant performance, optimize flow, improve safety and quality, and lead initiatives that support both day‑to‑day execution and long‑term business growth.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Engineering or related technical discipline preferred
• Experience in manufacturing leadership in operations, production, or value stream management
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence tools
• Proven success leading teams, driving KPIs, and improving productivity, quality, and delivery performance
• Experience leading change in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Track record of developing people and building high‑performing teams
