This position is for a Manufacturing MRP Coordinator that is responsible for supporting production operations by managing the release of work orders to the shop floor. Candidates should be detail‑oriented and driven individuals. This role plays a critical part in maintaining balanced production flow by ensuring work is released in alignment with SAP production schedules—preventing both overloading and under loading of work centers.
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Release and manage production work orders in accordance with SAP schedules and program priorities.
- Balance workload across manufacturing areas to optimize efficiency and avoid bottlenecks or gaps in production.
- Monitor shop capacity and adjust work release timing to maintain steady and achievable production flow.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on priorities and schedule execution.
- Track and maintain accurate production data within SAP systems.
- Communicate status, risks, and constraints clearly to leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance scheduling accuracy and production flow.

- Experience working with SAP or other MRP/ERP systems.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production planning environment
