Role Description The Assembler role at Rowken Solutions, Inc. is a full-time, on-site permanent position based in Spartanburg, SC. In this role, the Assembler is responsible for assembling mechanical parts and components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, using hand and power tools, performing measurements, and inspecting parts for accuracy and defects.

The Assembler will organize and maintain a clean and safe work area, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals. The role may also involve troubleshooting assembly issues, documenting work performed, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, gauges, tape measures) for mechanical assembly work.
• Understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes, including basic mechanical principles and quality inspection practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify assembly issues and work with the team to implement practical solutions.
• Commitment to workplace safety, including adherence to safety guidelines, use of personal protective equipment, and maintenance of a clean work environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and fellow assemblers.
• Reliability and time management skills, with the ability to follow schedules, meet production targets, and work full-time on-site.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not strictly required.
