Production Operator

Greenville, TX

$17.00-$18.00/hour (depending on shift)

6:00am-6:00pm OR 6:00pm-6:00am

• Operating safely and efficiently while wearing required PPE and following all safety protocols
• Cleaning, trimming, and assembling components with hand tools—making sure products meet fit, form, and function standards
• Keeping production and packaging running smoothly
• Inspecting finished products to uphold high quality
• Training new hires and assisting other teams as needed
• Engaging in improvement processes (CI, 5S, STW)
• Other duties as assigned

• Anyone with at least 1 year of steady work experience
• Safety-conscious and efficient worker
• Enjoys hands-on tasks and confident using hand tools
• Detail-oriented with a strong quality focus
• Open to training teammates and helping out across departments
• Excited to contribute to process improvements
