Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

8 p‑8 a, 3–4 work shifts per week.

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component);
  Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Eligible candidates should possess a compact license transferred to the state of residence within 90 days, if applicable.
