RN – Registered Nurse (Evening Shift 3PM–11PM)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Nursing Home facility located in Greenville, Florida. As an RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing high‑quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their well‑being and comfort.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents based on their individual needs and care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs, assess their health condition, and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Assist in coordinating and supervising the work of licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to ensure the delivery of consistent, safe, and compassionate care.
  • Educate residents and their families on health management, disease prevention, and available support services.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records, including electronic documentation, in adherence to facility policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards to promote a clean and secure environment for residents and staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff training, and professional development activities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere among the healthcare team, residents, and their families, promoting open communication and effective collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Sound knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures, with a focus on geriatric care.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills with empathy and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
