Who We’re Looking For

You are a competitive, relationship-driven Account Executive who thrives on building pipeline, closing business, and helping customers succeed through the right technology solutions.

As an Account Executive for Digital Print Solutions, you’ll own and grow territory by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering the right documents and printing technology solutions to help customers succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Document Print Solutions customers within assigned territory.
  • Drive new business development by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities in an emerging and competitive market.
  • Build long-term customer relationships by serving as a consultative partner and recommending solutions that meet business needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas while maintaining acceptable profitability.
  • Track daily sales activity, quotes, and pipeline progress using Salesforce CRM and other sales tools.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset — always learning, improving, and bringing fresh ideas to help TPM win.
  • Lead courageously within your territory, showing the desire and ability to expand responsibility and advance within the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business growth and customer success.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5-7 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales or account management experience, preferably in document print or related technology solutions.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Track record of exceeding quota and a commitment to continuous improvement.
