! NSRs, with 2 to 3 years’ experience, have an on target annual earnings of $75,000 to $150,000+ including a base salary range of $50,000.00 to $57,000.00.

As a National Sales Representative
, you’ll be a trusted partner helping customers discover transportation solutions that truly make a difference.
Core responsibilities:
- Managing a pipeline of prospects from outreach to close
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal business partners
- Conducting needs assessments and presenting tailored solutions
- Meeting (and exceeding!) revenue, activity, and performance goals
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams
- Maintaining clean CRM records and accurate forecasting
- Representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Driven by results and motivated by uncapped potential
- A strong communicator — persuasive, professional, and confident
- Comfortable handling outbound calls, customer meetings, and presentations
- Experienced in sales (or eager to learn with transferable skills)
- Organized, disciplined, and proactive with follow-through
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.)
