Outside B2B Sales Lead

Kitchen Guard of the Greenville/Asheville is expanding fast across Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina, and we’re looking for a driven Outside B2B Sales Lead to help us grow.

We specialize in commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning and fire prevention, helping restaurants, hotels, breweries, schools, hospitals, and corporate kitchens stay safe, compliant, and operational. Backed by a national brand, we bring certified expertise and reliable service to the Greenville and Asheville markets.

As our Outside B2B Sales Lead, you will:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across the region
• Prospect and engage new businesses (we’re looking for a hunter)
• Conduct onsite visits to assess kitchen exhaust systems
• Deliver professional, tailored sales presentations
• Recommend compliance-focused fire‑safety solutions
• Manage accounts and ensure ongoing client satisfaction
• Support clients with training, onboarding, and recurring service programs

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greenville/Spartanburg area with regular travel throughout Upstate SC and Asheville, NC.

• Experience in B2B sales with a strong prospecting mentality
• Strong customer service and account management skills
• Confidence conducting onsite evaluations and field visits
• Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation abilities
• Experience using CRM systems
• Ability to deliver clear and engaging client training
• Experience in commercial services, facilities, or fire safety is a plus
