Business Development Representative

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is excited to help drive new business opportunities.

You’ll be a key part of our outreach efforts—connecting with prospective clients, following up with leads, and helping schedule qualified appointments.

• Connect with prospective clients through phone, email, and text outreach
• Follow up with inbound leads and re-engage past prospects
• Schedule qualified appointments and manage ongoing communication
• Track outreach activity and maintain accurate CRM notes
• Support marketing initiatives through event follow-up and campaign engagement
• Attend select educational events as an on-site team representative in Greenville & Clemson, SC & Asheville, NC
• Collaborate closely with advisors, operations, and marketing to ensure a strong client experience

• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
• Organized, proactive, and goal-driven
• Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building
• CRM experience is a plus
• Prior sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
