HTI is hiring Junior Business Development Representatives (JBDR) for our May graduate class — and we’re specifically looking for student-athletes earning a business-related degree who are open to relocating anywhere in the U.S.

As a Junior Business Development Representative
, you’ll go through an 8–12 month rotational training program and learn the full sales process while working directly with experienced sales, operations, and marketing teams.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience in:

• prospecting and new business development
• client meetings, presentations, and proposals
• relationship management and account growth
• cross‑selling multiple workforce and HR solutions
• using CRM and sales tools to manage your pipeline
• representing HTI at networking and industry events

This is a true launchpad role for a long‑term sales career.

• Graduating May with a business‑type degree (Business, Sales, Marketing, or related)
• Competitive, self‑motivated, and goal‑driven
• Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Comfortable with travel and a hybrid office/field role
• Open to relocation anywhere
