The Bradley Group is expanding in the Upstate market — and we’re hiring a high-impact Senior Business Development Executive to drive aggressive revenue growth across Greenville / Spartanburg.

This is a pure hunter role focused on new business development, market penetration, and revenue expansion within staffing and workforce solutions.

If you consistently exceed quota and know how to win new logos, this is your opportunity to own a market.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect, penetrate, and close mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Sell staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions services
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (CRM-driven)
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with decision-makers and C‑suite leaders
  • Negotiate contracts and close profitable, long‑term partnerships
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure client delivery and retention
  • Consistently exceed revenue and activity targets

This role is 100% focused on growth and production.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas
  • Strong prospecting skills (cold outreach, networking, strategic targeting)
  • Experience selling into manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial sectors preferred
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex deals
  • Strong negotiation and executive communication skills
  • CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
