The Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating wholesale order entry and administration supporting Account Relationship Associates, Outside Sales Representatives, and providing exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
The position is based out of our corporate office in Greenville, SC.
Responsibilities- Coordinate wholesale order entry and administration for sales teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong organizational skills.
- Assist account relationship team and outside sales representatives with order maintenance, inventory allocation, and returns/exchanges.
- Answer phone calls and emails to assist wholesale accounts with general questions, occasional reorders, and order tracking.
- Administer wholesale order entry and maintenance, monitor backorders, and ensure regular communication with sales representatives and accounts.
- Monitor monthly wholesale orders that need corrections or updates (canceled, extended, or items canceled).
- Assist with trade show appointment scheduling and coordination.
- Ship promotional items to accounts and prospective accounts.
- Maintain seasonal knowledge of the line, including product quality, sizing, and other relevant details to discuss with wholesale customers.
- Notify the company of any significant customer information.
- Organize and distribute online prospects and support sample management; ensure supplies such as hangers, racks, etc., are in stock.
- Create and distribute order forms and price lists for each line, each season.
