We are hiring a Business Development Manager who thrives on building new relationships, opening new doors, and driving revenue through consistent outbound activity. This role is built for someone who is energized by cold calling, confident in their ability to close new business, and experienced in selling into industrial or manufacturing environments. - Proven success closing new business in a B2B environment
- Comfortable and confident cold calling — this is a core part of the role
- Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑driven, disciplined, and motivated by measurable results
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
