Account Manager

We’re seeking an Account
Manager with extensive experience in selling industrial/warehouse solutions
. This role focuses on driving new business, managing client relationships, and overseeing the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

• $50K-$80K annual base salary + uncapped commission
  - OTE $150k+

• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning, lead generation, cold calls, walk-ins, and trade show participation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, from initial consultation to invoicing and project completion.
• Maintain deep knowledge of pallet racking products, industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide daily reports to the Sales Manager, track sales metrics and support pricing and quoting strategies.

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in pallet racking, cantilever racking, mezzanine floors, dock equipment or related material handling industries.
• Strong personal book of business.
• Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships.
• Strong communication, research and self-motivation skills.
• Own a vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other warehouse layout tools is a plus.
