Hospice Account Executive

Overview

Hospice Account Executive at Elara Caring. As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility is generating admissions and growing patient census in a designated territory. This outside sales role involves the sales, growth, and marketing of clinical programs and outcomes to be a top provider of care in our communities. You will work with a wide range of medical professionals, connecting Elara Caring’s high-quality in-home care to eligible patients and families.

• Generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory.
• Lead sales, growth, and marketing of clinical programs and outcomes to be a top provider of care in the community.
• Collaborate with a wide range of medical professionals to connect Elara Caring’s in-home care to eligible patients and families.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred
• Post-acute or DME sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as with teams
• Proven sales acumen with results
• Demonstrates understanding of how referral sources decide and who the decision makers are
• Skilled in problem solving and providing solutions to meet patient and business needs
• Confidently interact with healthcare professionals at all levels
• Competitive mindset to meet and exceed business objectives
• Demonstrates adaptability, enthusiasm, and willingness to cooperate with others
• Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance as required by state law
