Your RoleAs a Bath Installer, you’ll handle professional, efficient installations of our products, completing most projects in a single day while delivering a seamless experience for homeowners. We’re looking for detail-oriented, dependable contractors who take pride in quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities- Complete full bathroom remodels, typically within one day
- Apply strong carpentry and trim carpentry skills for precise, high-quality results
- Follow Operation Bath installation standards and procedures
- Maintain a professional, courteous presence with customers
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and respectful of the home
- Educate customers on proper product care and maintenance
- Complete required paperwork and submit clear job photos
- Maintain and stock your installation vehicle with necessary tools and materials
- 2+ years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, or home remodeling
- Ability to take accurate measurements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic plumbing knowledge (preferred)
- Proficiency with common power tools (drills, jigsaws, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
