As a Sr. Application Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and integrating our backend systems in a closed environment. Key responsibilities include working with Golang Teamcenter libraries, NX ufunc, Capital Harness DRC libraries, and other reusable codebases; managing and enhancing microservices infrastructure; collaborating with cross‑functional teams to integrate backend systems with web applications; and maintaining autonomy on self‑driven projects while balancing program security controls.

• Develop, maintain, integrate, upgrade and enhance Golang Teamcenter libraries, NX ufunc, Capital Harness DRC libraries and other reusable codebases.
• Develop, maintain, integrate, and upgrade microservices within our technology stack.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate backend systems with web applications.
• Maintain projects with a high degree of autonomy.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to keep systems cutting‑edge.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API integrations and microservices versus program security controls.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable and efficient backend systems.
• Advocate and arbitrate within the team on best design based on defined requirements.
• Proficient in Golang, C#, JavaScript, Vue or equivalent languages.
• Familiarity with PLM tools and CAD/CAM and custom developed applications for the ISR business model.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture implementation.
• Experience integrating disparate tools into a PLM suite such as Simulations, Requirements Management, MBSE or similar functions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies and implement solutions.
• Strong communication skills, status reporting and prioritization in a fast‑paced environment with minimal oversight.
• Experience with Teamcenter RAC and/or Active Workspace.
• Hands‑on exposure to large data migrations and transformations.
• Aptitude for working with infrastructure and architecture across virtualization platforms and program versus enterprise teams.
• Comfort working in uncharted digital territories and delivering results aligned with business needs.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Bachelor’s Degree with six (6) years of software development focused on backend systems.
• Graduate Degree with four (4) years of software development focused on backend systems.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of ten (10) years of software development focused on backend systems.
• Active Secret clearance at the time of hire.
• U.S. citizenship required.
