We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woolwich.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled electrical professional with supervisory experience to play a key role in delivering high‑quality maintenance services within a busy healthcare environment.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
• Ensure all electrical maintenance activities comply with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Act as a technical lead, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Liaise with hospital stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure service delivery meets required standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture across the site.

• JIB Grade Electrician (Gold Card) – essential
• Proven experience supervising or leading a maintenance team.
• Strong electrical maintenance background, ideally within healthcare, FM, or critical environments.
• Good knowledge of compliance, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and respond effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
