Domestic Gas Engineer - South East London - £50k+ OTE
Location:
South East London
Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 Basic | OTE up to £70,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
A well-established property maintenance contractor is seeking a Domestic Gas Engineer to join their team covering South East London. This permanent role involves servicing, breakdowns, and repairs in occupied residential properties. It offers long-term stability, strong earning potential, and career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out domestic gas servicing and safety checks
- Diagnose and repair faults and breakdowns
- Achieve first-time fix targets wherever possible
- Work safely in occupied residential properties
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Valid ACS gas qualifications
- Experience with domestic servicing and breakdown work
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- £48,000 - £50,000 basic salary
- OTE up to £70,000
