Accounts Payable Associate

An Asset Management Firm based in Greenwich, CT is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as an Accounts Payable Associate. This role will follow a hybrid schedule,

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Quick Books
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently and on schedule
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure financial accuracy
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Support payroll processing while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Track and monitor expenses to maintain alignment with the approved budget
• Manage office supply inventory and coordinate timely reorders
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders as needed
• Provide general administrative support to the team

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 2–6 years of accounts payable experience required
• Background in any industry acceptable; experience in Financial Services is strongly preferred
• Must reside in Connecticut or within close commuting distance
• Demonstrated experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a comparable role
• Proficiency with accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite
