Compliance & Reporting Manager

Salary: $130-150k + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Compliance & Reporting Manager:

• Oversee and manage U.S. tax compliance processes, including investor K-1 reporting and tax return reviews.

• Coordinate information gathering and reporting with accounting teams, joint ventures, and external tax advisors.

• Manage federal and state tax notices, registrations, and compliance tracking systems.

• Support audit and year-end reporting requirements, including ASC 740 and FIN 48 analyses.

• Lead ongoing REIT compliance activities, testing, elections, and due diligence processes.

• Manage transfer pricing analyses and assist with special tax projects and initiatives.

Qualifications for the Compliance & Reporting Manager:

• 5+ years of tax experience, ideally including public accounting exposure.

• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.

• Experience with private equity fund structures and partnership tax reporting.

• Background managing complex tax compliance engagements and reviewing federal/state tax filings.
