Hybrid | New York City & Stamford, CT
Compensation: $130,000–$155,000 base + discretionary bonus
A highly regarded, multi-strategy investment firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two senior executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role requiring time in both New York City and Stamford, CT offices (generally 2–3 days in NYC and 1–2 days in Stamford, with flexibility based on executive calendars).
This position is ideal for a seasoned assistant who thrives in high-performance environments, operates with urgency and discretion, and takes pride in anticipating needs before they arise.
The RoleThe Executive Assistant will support:
- Chief People Officer (60%) – Primarily traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities
- Partner & Chief Operating Officer (40%) – Primarily Personal Assistant support
The role requires seamless coordination across business and limited personal matters, proactive calendar and travel management, and strong judgment in a high-expectation setting.
Key Responsibilities- Complex calendar management across multiple offices and time zones
- Proactive travel coordination (domestic and international) with detailed itineraries
- Meeting preparation, logistics, materials, and follow-ups
- Liaising internally with senior stakeholders and externally with high-level contacts
- Managing shifting priorities with composure and efficiency
- Personal support for the COO as needed (appointments, coordination, select administrative matters)
- Anticipating location changes and adjusting schedules accordingly
- Assisting with recruiting coordination and broader team support as appropriate
- Serving as a trusted gatekeeper and thought partner
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within financial services or a similarly fast‑paced industry
- High energy with an “athlete mentality” — execution‑oriented, resilient, and solutions‑driven
- Proactive and anticipatory — thinks several steps ahead
- Strong judgment and decision‑making skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Polished, personable, and discreet
- Comfortable navigating both structured and evolving environments
