Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Greenwich, Connecticut. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to support our Executive Team and contribute to the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, organization, and communication while providing vital administrative services across various functions.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Executive Team, ensuring seamless calendar execution.

- Oversee daily office operations, maintaining a well-organized and efficient work environment.

- Assist with the preparation and submission of grant-related documents, compliance reports, and accreditation materials.

- Perform accurate data entry and administrative tasks to support health, education, and human service programs.

- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory by ordering and organizing items as needed.

- Address facility concerns and participate in the Safety Committee to uphold a secure workplace.

- Work closely with leadership and team members to enhance administrative workflows and boost productivity.

- Provide receptionist duties and handle incoming communications with attention to detail.

- Take on additional administrative responsibilities as assigned to support organizational goals. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or office management roles.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with staff and external partners.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Experience in managing inventory and office supplies.

- Knowledge of grant documentation and compliance reporting is a plus.
