Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 Base + Overtime + Bonus
(Compensation commensurate with experience)
About the Role:
A leading financial services firm in Greenwich, CT is seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting high-performing executives in a trading floor or investor relations setting. This role offers a mix of administrative, operational, and client-facing responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and investment professionals.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, and arrange detailed travel itineraries.
- Prepare, proofread, and format presentations, investment materials, and reports.
- Coordinate investor meetings, earnings calls, and special events.
- Maintain internal systems and databases, track communications and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Manage expense reports and reconcile travel or operational costs.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders, including investors and counter parties.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3–10 years of administrative experience in financial services, investment management, private equity, or investment banking.
- Experience on a trading floor or within investor relations strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment with exceptional attention to detail.
- Discreet, dependable, and adaptable with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Location: Greenwich, CT – 3 days per week in-office
