Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to a team of senior professionals, including executive‑level leaders and client‑facing stakeholders
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Prepare and process expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Serve as a central point of coordination for team logistics, meetings, and internal communications
- Prioritize competing requests while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Build strong relationships across departments and act as a trusted partner to the broader team
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed
- 5–15 years of Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or Administrative Assistant experience
- Prior experience within financial services, asset management, investment management, insurance, banking, private equity, hedge funds, or related industries required
- Strong calendar management, scheduling, and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly detail‑oriented with a proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Professional demeanor and strong sense of discretion
- A true team player who enjoys supporting a group rather than a single executive
