Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, creating an exceptional front-of-house experience
- Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and office schedules
- Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, and daily office operations
- Receive and organize deliveries while maintaining shared office spaces
- Assist with calendars, meeting coordination, and occasional travel arrangements
- Process expense reports and provide general administrative support to the team
- Partner with leadership and employees to ensure the office runs efficiently each day

Qualifications- 2+ years of office coordination, reception, administrative, or hospitality experience
- Professional, polished, and client-service focused demeanor
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience managing calendars, meetings, or administrative tasks preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook
- Positive attitude with a "no task too big or too small" mentality
