Overview

A leading private investment firm in Greenwich, CT is seeking a polished and service-oriented Office Coordinator to become the face of its corporate headquarters. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, creating an exceptional front-of-house experience
  • Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and office schedules
  • Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, and daily office operations
  • Receive and organize deliveries while maintaining shared office spaces
  • Assist with calendars, meeting coordination, and occasional travel arrangements
  • Process expense reports and provide general administrative support to the team
  • Partner with leadership and employees to ensure the office runs efficiently each day

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of office coordination, reception, administrative, or hospitality experience
  • Professional, polished, and client-service focused demeanor
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience managing calendars, meetings, or administrative tasks preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook
  • Positive attitude with a "no task too big or too small" mentality
