Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, fully in-office
OverviewOur client, a highly respected private investment firm, is seeking a polished and service-oriented Office Coordinator to serve as the face of its corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and proactive, with a hospitality-minded approach to supporting both employees and visitors. This individual will oversee front office operations while providing administrative support and helping maintain an exceptional workplace experience.
Responsibilities Office Operations- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and professional office environment
- Manage conference room scheduling, meeting logistics, and visitor coordination
- Maintain office kitchens, snack and beverage inventory, and common areas to ensure a polished workplace
- Receive and organize office deliveries and assist with stocking supplies as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and support the day-to-day operations of the office
- Assist with meeting scheduling and calendar management using Microsoft Outlook
- Coordinate occasional domestic travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Provide administrative support to members of the team as needed
- Assist with special projects and general office initiatives
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling confidential information
- Prior experience in office coordination, reception, hospitality, or administrative support preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, polished, and client-service focused demeanor
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a "no task is too big or too small" mindset
- Ability to lift and organize office deliveries and supplies as needed
