- Manage Daily Office Operations:
Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office, maintaining a professional, welcoming environment for agents, clients, and visitors. - Provide Administrative and Transaction Support:
Assist with property transaction processes, including document management, listing and pending updates, closing coordination, and sales reporting. - Coordinate Office Services and Resources:
Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, conference room scheduling, and building access systems. - Deliver Front Desk and Client Service Support:
Answer and direct phone calls, greet guests, and serve as a key point of contact for office inquiries and assistance. - Support Team Engagement and Office Events:
Assist with agent resources, meeting materials, office communications, and the planning and execution of office events and initiatives.
- Previous office administration experience required; real estate experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, team-oriented, flexible, and committed to supporting brokerage operations.
- College degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
