The Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Procurement Category Manager to play a leadership role within TKO’s Global Procurement organization. This position is focused on enterprise categories such as Technology, Marketing and Media, Live events & Production, Professional Services, Corporate Services, Facilities, and other indirect spend areas. The role is responsible for developing and executing category strategies, leading complex sourcing initiatives, driving measurable savings and cost avoidance, and building scalable supplier management frameworks across the TKO enterprise.

The ideal candidate thrives in a transforming environment, operates effectively with executive stakeholders, and is comfortable driving structure, governance, and financial discipline at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi‑year category strategies aligned to enterprise priorities and financial targets
  • Build structured sourcing wave plans tied to annual operating plans and savings objectives
  • Lead complex, high value RFPs and competitive bid processes across multiple business units
  • Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, and other enterprise contracts with a focus on total cost of ownership and long‑term commercial optimization
  • Structure commercial constructs including tiered pricing, ramp models, rate cards, volume incentives, and multi‑year agreements
  • Partner closely with Finance, IT, Legal, HR, Marketing, Production, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and governance requirements
  • Drive supplier rationalization, consolidation, and preferred vendor programs to leverage enterprise scale
  • Conduct QBRs and performance reviews with strategic suppliers, driving accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Build and manage a quantified savings and cost avoidance pipeline, partnering with Finance to track value realization
  • Prepare executive‑ready reporting and updates for senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain category playbooks, sourcing templates, and governance frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policy thresholds, competitive bid requirements, and intake processes
  • Leverage procurement technology, analytics, and AI tools to enhance visibility and identify optimization opportunities
  • Identify commercial, contractual, and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 7+ years of procurement, category management, strategic sourcing, or supply chain experience
  • Demonstrated success developing category strategies and leading complex enterprise negotiations
  • Experience operating in a multi‑entity or matrixed organization
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to build business cases and quantify savings and cost avoidance
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high‑priority initiatives in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience managing strategic suppliers and resolving performance issues
  • Proficiency in procurement technology platforms including e‑sourcing, CLM, P2P systems, and advanced Excel analytics
  • Prior team leadership or mentoring experience preferred
  • Experience in sports, media, entertainment, technology, or professional services environments preferred
