Board Governance Liaison & Meetings Lead

• Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison to the Board of Trustees

• Plan and manage logistics for Board and Committee meetings

• Develop and produce Board materials

• Support Board Committees by drafting agendas and preparing materials

• Collaborate with General Counsel on governance activities

• Support Trustee recruitment, onboarding, and performance assessment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-7 years of relevant experience supporting boards or senior governance bodies
• Experience in nonprofit, academic, scientific, or healthcare environment preferred
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and Trustees
• Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Board portals, virtual meeting platforms)
