Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Pavers, located in Greenwich, CT. The Pavers will be responsible for preparing and leveling surfaces, laying pavers of various types, ensuring proper alignment and durability, and utilizing specialized tools and equipment safely. Other responsibilities include following project specifications, maintaining a clean and organized work area, collaborating with team members, and adhering to safety guidelines during all stages of the paving process.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in paving techniques, including surface preparation, paver installation, and finishing.
  • Experience with tools and machinery used in paving, as well as a commitment to adhering to safety protocols.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications for accuracy.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including heavy lifting, standing, and working in varying outdoor conditions.
  • Prior experience in the construction or civil engineering industries is a plus.
  • Having a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is beneficial.
