Location:
Northeast-based projects (travel required)
Work Environment:
Fully on-site, project-based
- High level of field autonomy and trust
- Strong leadership support and collaboration
- Paid per diem for travel assignments
- Long-term growth with a stable contractor
- Lead day-to-day site operations on ground-up commercial construction projects
- Maintain full responsibility for safety, layout, coordination, scheduling, and quality control
- Serve as the primary on-site leader coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and trades
- Partner closely with Project Managers and Executive leadership to drive project execution
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety protocols
- Utilize Procore (or similar) to track progress, communicate updates, and manage documentation
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Monitor productivity, sequencing, and site logistics to keep projects on track
- Travel to project sites during the week and return home on weekends when feasible
- Extensive experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
- Strong background in ground-up commercial construction
- Deep understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and materials
- Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams
- Working knowledge of Procore or similar construction management software
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Willingness to travel extensively (75%+ as projects require)
- MA CSL and/or NY SST strongly preferred
- Based in CT, MA, NY, or nearby New England states
