- Greenwich, CT:
Managing multiple construction projects simultaneously from inception to completion Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and reporting Coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams Leading project meetings and providing regular progress updates Identifying and mitigating project risks and challenges Reviewing contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals Ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and client requirements Monitoring project costs and maintaining profitability Supporting procurement and subcontractor management activities Overseeing project closeout and turnover documentation Profile A successful Public Construction Project Manager
- Greenwich, CT candidate will have:
