Project Executive

A highly regarded boutique General Contractor specializing exclusively in ultra-luxury custom homes is seeking an experienced Project Executive to join their team in Greenwich.

This is an opportunity to take a senior leadership role with a small, highly focused builder delivering exceptional private residences for discerning clients. Projects are complex, design-driven, and built to an uncompromising standard of quality.

The Project Executive will provide senior-level oversight across multiple high-end residential projects, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, architects, designers, and specialty trades.

This is a hands-on leadership position. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable reviewing project financials, resolving complex construction issues, meeting with architects and owners, and mentoring project teams.

• Provide executive oversight of multiple ultra-luxury custom residential projects
• Maintain accountability for project budgets, schedules, procurement, and overall execution
• Establish strong working relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, consultants, and owner representatives
• Identify project risks early and drive solutions before they impact cost, schedule, or quality
• Ensure exceptional standards of craftsmanship, documentation, communication, and project controls
• Review project financial performance, forecasting, change management, and cost reporting
• Support the selection and management of highly specialized subcontractors and craftspeople
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion when working with private clients
• Participate in company planning and help strengthen project delivery processes as the business continues to grow

• 20-25 years of progressive construction management experience
• Significant experience with luxury or ultra-luxury, technically complex, and architecturally significant homes
• Excellent understanding of premium finishes, custom millwork, specialty systems, and high-end residential construction methods
• The ability to communicate confidently with sophisticated clients and leading architects and designers

Experience building high-end residences in Greenwich, Fairfield County, Westchester County, or the surrounding markets would be particularly valuable.
