Ernesta is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Associate to join our showroom team in Greenwich, CT. This in-person, part-time role supports customers through orders, deliveries, rug care, and product information with empathy and attention to detail.
You'll work across email, phone, chat, and in-store interactions during a busy season, maintaining accuracy while handling multiple conversations. Prior customer-facing experience and interest in home design are a plus.
