Job Description
Paulo Lanfredi Salon is looking for a full-time front desk coordinator for our salon at 401 Greenwich Avenue.

You are the first person our clients see and the first voice they hear. Most of the job is the phone, the booking calendar, and making people feel looked after from the moment they walk in.

• Answer the phones and book appointments
• Greet clients and get them settled
• Manage the daily schedule and keep the day running on time
• Confirm appointments and handle rescheduling
• Take payments and check clients out
• Keep the front of the salon clean and in order
• Support the stylists so they can stay with their clients

• Comfortable on the phone and good with people
• Organized, and calm when the salon gets busy
• Reliable — the team depends on the front desk
• Salon or spa experience is a plus, not required
• Weekend availability

We will train you on our booking system. If you are organized, warm with people, and you want a place where you are part of the team and not just a desk, we would like to meet you.
