• Onboard new customers and create custom workflows tailored to each office’s needs
• Train new clinicians and dental teams on the Dental Monitoring suite of solutions
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage continued use and advocacy for the brand
• Act as a technical bridge between customers and the Dental Monitoring platform
• Travel up to 35% for overnight training and support in‑person office implementations

• Minimum of 5 years of dental and orthodontic experience
• Proven success in a similar role within the dental field
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to influence and encourage adoption of new protocols
• Strong collaboration skills in a diverse, multicultural team

• Experience as an Integration Consultant, Treatment Coordinator, Orthodontic Assistant, or Office Manager
• Familiarity with AI‑driven technology in healthcare
• Previous experience attending and supporting local trade shows
• Proven ability to manage escalated implementation challenges
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer success
