Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Senior Interior Designer – High-End Residential (Kitchen, Bath & Millwork Focus)

The Senior Interior Designer role at Curated Nest Interiors is a technically driven position focused on the execution and implementation of complex high‑end residential projects, including renovations, new builds, kitchens, baths, and custom millwork.

This role is ideal for someone with strong architectural and construction knowledge who is comfortable on job sites, can identify and resolve issues in real time, and can translate creative vision into detailed, buildable solutions. While the role includes creative collaboration, the primary focus is on technical accuracy, coordination, and execution across all phases of design and construction.

The Senior Designer must be highly organized, calm under pressure, and confident managing multiple active projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.

While this is a creative role, it is weighted heavily toward execution and technical problem‑solving. The Senior Interior Designer will often be responsible for interpreting design direction provided by the principals and translating it into detailed drawings, construction documents, and on‑site solutions. Candidates seeking a primarily conceptual or CAD‑only role will not be a fit for this position. This role is best suited for candidates who thrive in a highly collaborative, in‑person studio environment.

This role carries meaningful responsibility and autonomy, with direct impact on project outcomes, team coordination, and client satisfaction.

What We Offer
  • Opportunity to lead signature high‑end residential projects for discerning clients who value your expertise.
  • A collaborative and supportive team culture with direct mentorship from firm principals.
  • Competitive salary, paid time off, bonus eligibility, health insurance options, and 401(k).
  • Potential for growth within a rapidly expanding, design‑forward studio recognized for its distinctive approach to family‑friendly luxury interiors.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
